Kincardine is located in Bruce County and has a population of 11,389 (2016).  Tourists come from all over to to enjoy the sandy beach whether it is for a day or rent a cottage for a weekend or a week to enjoy all that this community has to offer.  A walk along the marina or boardwalk along Lake Huron will give you front row seats to the breathtaking sunsets.

There are many shops to visit, including  home decor, Accents, Harbour Rose Boutique, Stilara, etc., clothing stores, The Loop Clothing & Gift Boutique, Penetangear, Studio 6 Fashion Boutique.  There are many options of restaurants that will suit many tastes as well from fine dining at Bistecca Italian Steakhouse, local favourites the Hawgs Breath, The Bruce.  If you enjoy beer, you must stop by Grey Matter Beer Company, the local brewery
You will enjoy many activities this community has to offer anytime of the year.  My personal favourite is the local Theatre where I was cast in a play in 2020 and hope to be back on stage soon.  I also participated in the annual Kincardine Women’s Triathlon.  You will love the Scottish Festival & Highland Games in July over three nights of music and exciting competition.  The Davidson Centre arena is a community favourite and hosts hockey tournaments and skating and has an indoor track, pool and gym.

What I can tell you is once you visit, you will never want to leave.
